The Next Chapter of a 40-Year Legacy

Named after my grandfather who founded Acarkent in 1983, I carry the weight of three generations—and the responsibility to earn it every day.

Before joining Acarlar Group, I studied and worked to build my own foundation. I returned not to inherit a position, but to contribute what I'd learned elsewhere to what my family built.

My focus is sustainability. While my grandfather pioneered integrated living and my father brought modern luxury to our portfolio, I'm asking: how do we build communities that thrive for the next 40 years?

Turkey's largest single-parcel residential development

Challenge

Create a self-sustaining community from undeveloped land outside Istanbul—complete with infrastructure, schools, healthcare, and commercial zones.

Scope
  • 2.3 million m² total development
  • 1,452 villas with full infrastructure
  • Schools, healthcare facilities, shopping centers
  • 40-year ongoing community management
Impact

12,000+ residents with 95% long-term occupancy. Established the benchmark for integrated living in Turkey and proved multi-decade development viability.

2000s — Evolution

AcarBlu

Luxury vertical living within an established community

Challenge

Expand into luxury high-rise living without compromising the community character that made Acarkent successful.
